Through tutoring, we empower people to volunteer in their community which provides much needed support to historically under-served youth.

We offer a flexible range of tutoring opportunities for volunteers of all ages and skill ranges.  We provide comprehensive training for all of our tutors, so you can tutor even without experience. With our wide range of options, you can find a time to tutor around your schedule.

LAJCenter Tutoring provides a fun way to build relationships with students while delivering academic skills crucial to their success. Anyone who can commit 1 volunteer hour per week can make an difference.

Due to Covid19 restrictions and distance learning, we offer Tutoring Sessions via Zoom.  It is a great way to connect with students while still complying with social distancing requirements.
