Meet Our Staff
Tiana Vick earned a B.A. in Linguistics and African/African-American Studies from the University of Oklahoma (OU).
Tiana's career in education began in high school when she served as an intern and teacher's aid for a kindergarten class. She continued to work with children ranging from infant to school-aged while attending OU and working at KinderCare Learning Center.
Tiana later became a teacher at Bright Star Learning Center working with at-risk youth, and previously taught for 3 years at East Fort Worth Montessori Academy in Texas. In 2019, Tiana went on to become a Montessori teacher at Villa Montessori Academy in the Dominican Republic where she taught the English Language to Spanish speaking students. she is American Montessori Society (AMS) Elementary I-II Credentialed. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Education at Texas Wesleyan.
She loves helping her students become better in their academics and become stronger writers.
LaDonna Vick currently serves as Executive Director of the Lee Arthur Johnson (LAJCenter).
In 1994, LaDonna earned a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of LaVerne. She later went on graduate Summa Cum Laude with a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in 2012 from South University.
LaDonna has developed and implemented programs at Department of Defense Schools in Japan and Italy for elementary school students. Additionally, she served as Director of the Destiny House Leadership Camp – Discovering S.T.E.M., where she led the charge in creating and developing an atmosphere of learning science, technology, engineering and math.
With over 20 years of experience in education programs for children and youth in the United States and abroad, LaDonna is extremely passionate about education and our youth.
With a degree in information technology, Mike Roberson brings over 20 years of technical support experience to the Lee Arthur Johnson Center (LAJCenter).
Mike has serviced virtually all industries with a majority of that experience being in the healthcare industry.
Mike is a valuable component to supporting the LAJCenter's computers and devices.
